3. Booking, Estimates, and Payment

- Deposits: For large-scale installations, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work commences.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full upon completion of the installation or service, unless a structured payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

- Cancellations: Any project cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation to avoid a service mobilization fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Access: Customers must provide our team with clear access to the property and outdoor electrical outlets at the scheduled service time.
- Property Markings: Customers are responsible for informing us of any underground private lines (such as irrigation, dog fences, or private gas lines) that are not marked by public utility locators.
- Safety: Please ensure pets and children are kept away from the work area during the installation process for their safety.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Installation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Materials: Custom-ordered fixtures or specialty equipment may not be fully refundable if the order has already been processed with the manufacturer.
- Service Quality: Refunds for completed labor are granted at our sole discretion based on valid service quality concerns.
6. Liability and Damage Policy
- Pre-existing Conditions: While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, structural weaknesses, or deterioration of landscaping during the trenching/wiring process.
- Underground Utilities: We are not liable for damage to unmarked private underground lines or irrigation systems that were not disclosed to us prior to digging.
- Reporting: Any claims of service-related damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of project completion.
7. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
- Installation Warranty: We provide a 1-year labor warranty on all our professional installations.
- Product Warranty: Lighting fixtures (Brass, Aluminum, etc.) and transformers carry their own manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in processing these claims, but the manufacturer is responsible for hardware failures.
- Maintenance: We do not guarantee the performance of systems that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties after our installation.
